  • Do I have to inform you of every delivery or pick-up ?

    Your deliveries/pick-ups must all be notified in advance and properly labelled.


    We can only guarantee the management of your transports on this condition.


    In addition, time slots are available to organise vehicle movements for events requiring significant organisation.

  • What kind of information do you require ?

    We need as much information as possible about your shipments, namely:


    • Name of the exhibition
    • Name of the recipient stand
    • The type of vehicle being booked in
    • Arrival date
    • Requested arrival time 
    • Your handling/service requirements
    • The type of customs document if the origination address is abroad
    • A contact on site for the receipt of deliveries
    • The name of the principal
    • ...

  • Is it a chargeable service ?

    Yes


    The events that require this data and where orders have to be made via the platform are major events for which personnel to manage vehicle movements, supervise parking and provide support are laid on.


    We guarantee maximum smoothness of operations to enable you to work in optimal conditions.


    As a result, administrative and management fees have to be charged, but these make it possible to improve the quality of the service provided.
